Product Representation & Color Accuracy Disclaimer

Pittari Spaces endeavors to ensure that all product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and other information displayed on the website are accurate, complete, and current. However, due to variations in screen resolutions, display settings, lighting conditions, and photographic limitations, the actual color, size, texture, and appearance of the products delivered may differ slightly from those displayed on a customer’s device. Such minor variations shall not be construed as defects or grounds for return or refund.

Certain products offered by Pittari Spaces feature gold-colored accents, finishes, or designs created using specialized heat-seal printing, foil application, or gold-plating–style decorative processes. Any reference to “gold” on the website, in product descriptions, advertisements, or marketing materials refers solely to the color, tone, or visual appearance of gold and does not indicate the presence of the precious metal gold or any elemental gold content in the product.

Customers expressly acknowledge and agree that such gold-colored accents are decorative in nature only and are intended to mimic the appearance of real gold for aesthetic purposes.

Due to the inherent characteristics of the decorative gold-finish process, minor variations, irregularities, distortions, interruptions, or unevenness in the gold accents may occur, including but not limited to slight misalignments, texture variations, edge irregularities, or surface inconsistencies. These variations are a natural and expected outcome of the manufacturing and application process and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

Where such distortion, irregularity, or variation affects less than five percent (5%) of the total gold-accent coverage area on the product, the same shall not be construed as a defect, damage, or non-conformity and shall not qualify as valid grounds for return, replacement, refund, or exchange under Pittari Spaces’ return and refund policy.

By placing an order for any product containing gold-colored accents or finishes, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts the above characteristics and limitations of the decorative gold-finish process

Product Availability & Order Cancellation Policy

All products listed on the website are subject to availability. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate stock information, situations may arise where a product is unavailable or out of stock after an order has been placed. In such cases, Pittari Spaces reserves the right to cancel the order, either in whole or in part, and issue a refund for any amount paid for the unavailable product(s).

Measurement & Assessment Standard

Due to the artisanal nature of the manufacturing process and operational technicalities, finished products may exhibit minor variations in dimensions. A variance of up to 7% (seven percent) from the listed size specifications (whether larger or smaller) is considered an industry-standard tolerance and shall not be classified as a manufacturing defect, misrepresentation, or grounds for a return or exchange. 

Our rugs are carefully handcrafted and manually stitched using sewing machines. Due to the handmade nature of the process, slight variations in alignment, stitching, or finishing may occur. These minor irregularities are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and should not be considered defects. 

Any assessment of the extent or percentage of any alleged defect, irregularity, or variation shall be conducted solely by Pittari Spaces using its internal quality control standards, inspection methods, and technical evaluation procedures. Customer-submitted photographs, videos, or third-party opinions may be used for such determination.

Subjective Dissatisfaction Excluded

Differences based on personal taste, aesthetic preference, perception of quality, or subjective dissatisfaction shall not be deemed defects and shall not constitute valid grounds for return, refund, replacement, or exchange

Post-Delivery Handling

Pittari Spaces shall not be responsible for any damage, deterioration, discoloration, or defect arising due to improper handling, improper washing and care, storage, exposure to moisture, heat, sunlight, chemicals, friction, or normal wear and tear after delivery of the product. Customers are expected to carefully read and follow the washcare instructions provided on the product page as well as on the washcare card shipped with the order.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder.
