Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items sold as sets must be returned as a complete set.

Timelines to Remember
- For Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Products: Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and an unboxing video for verification. This is mandatory to process return & exchange.
- In the event that an incorrect product is delivered, returns and refunds will not be applicable. Instead, Pittari Spaces will arrange for a product exchange and will bear all associated freight and shipping costs.

Conditions We Cannot Accept
- Products that are exactly as ordered and delivered in perfect condition.
- Items returned after the specified timelines.
- Products that are used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Returns will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, personal preference, subjective perceptions of quality, or aesthetic dissatisfaction, provided the product delivered is in accordance with the product disclaimer, descriptions and specifications listed at the time of purchase

Charges and Customer Responsibility
- Exchanges for a Different Product: A nominal fee of ₹1000 per item will be charged, along with any applicable price differences.
- Approved Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Products: Pittarispaces will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Guidelines
- Refunds will be processed for approved returns after deducting any shipping charges.
- Original packaging and invoice are required for processing refunds.
