  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
  • Order cancellation requests would be accepted if the order has not been dispatched. 

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Included in the Product Price 
  • Express Shipping: Available on case to case basis.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier availability.
  • Please note that delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.) are beyond our control.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.
  • Delivery to remote locations may take longer and may incur additional charges, which will be communicated at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • In cases where the customers have provided us with their email address, the link for order tracking would be shared after the order has been assigned an AWB number.

Packaging

  • We take utmost care to ensure your products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, failure to receive the package, or any other reason liable by the customer:

  • We will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@pittari.in
  • We may require proof (including but not limited to-  photos of damaged items and unboxing video) to resolve your issue promptly.
